Friendly Panels B737 Panel features:
- A new antialiasing vectorial ADI which
includes Autopilot annunciators, IAS trend indication, radio height and
ground speed readout.
- A new antialiasing vectorial HSI with four
screen modes: rose, arc, map and flight plan list. In map mode you can
choose to display terrain, detailed terrain or not terrain.
- Most of gauges has been customized to
improve its readabilty.
- All gauges, except GPS, visible in main
window.
- New GPS FMC style, with all functions of
the default FS2004 GPS.
- In short: much more navigational features
and improved vectorial antialiasing graphics in gauges.

Compatibility with addon panels - merge availability
We received a lot of questions about compatibility with the others
addon
panels. Generally you can use the model with any FS panel, you want. (Refer
FS2004 SDK, how to aliase it.) But today commercially designed panels
are very complex, coming out of FS boundaries to simulate reality as close
as possible. Simple aliasing of the panel wouldn`t help in
most of cases.
The way how to use our models with other panels is to use the 50N visual
model only. Visual model (*.mdl) in FS is independent and doesn`t
affect flying characteristics. Flying characteristics are defined in
airfile (*.air) and both visual and flying characteristics are defined
in aircraft configuration file (aircraft.cfg). To have our visual model
working properly is necessary to change a lot of things like Contact
point section, Flaps section, Lights section etc.
Many of you are asking for
PMDG-50N merge. We are preparing it.
PMDG B737-600/700 - 50NB737-300/400/500 merge is going through final testing and
will be available soon. Meanwhile you can use our models with PMDG
600/700 panel aliased only. Working fine except the autoland feature.
It isn`t possible to use the same method with PMDG 800/900,
it won`t work.
